I'm just now going through some of your blog postings over the past year or so, and I must say, they are quite entertaining! You've got a witty writing style, frankly. And, it appears as though life in the Middle East gives you plenty of material about which to write!
Anyway, I saw that you are heading back to Texas, and that you used to live in Del Rio. My new brother-in-law (who married my wife Roxie's sister just last month), is stationed in Del Rio. He graduated from the Air Force Academy last year, I believe. Anyway, like you, they seem to escape to San Antonio frequently.
The good ol' U.S. of A. will be ready to welcome you back in August!
Sydney did the unthinkable and turned 13 on April 28. We celebrated a week later with her friends, Chloe Youtsey...
